You can now communicate with your customers on WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, regardless of the language they speak. The Fluentic translation app seamlessly integrates with these popular messaging platforms making customer communication easier than ever before.
This new feature is particularly beneficial for businesses that operate globally or have a diverse customer base. With the Fluentic app, you can communicate with your customers in their preferred language and through their preferred communication channels, which not only enhances customer experience but also builds trust and credibility.
The process of using this new feature is simple. If you are already using the Fluentic app, all you need to do is simply add the same chat component to Messaging Sessions, and it will enable the feature on both WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
