It’s time to sum up the past year.

The first and actually the only really important event I can think of is the war Russia started against Ukraine. Any challenges during the year should be seen in proportion to the current distress the Ukrainians are in. One can only hope that some sensible conclusion can be found and Ukraine can begin to rebuild itself.

Fluentic had a year focusing on product development. Our application developed dramatically during the year, thanks to feedback from our customers and the Salesforce staff. Cooperation with Salesforce has been very active in other ways, too. Numerous Salesforce events have enabled us to meet potential customers face-to-face. Their initial reactions to our application, which revolutionises customer service and business communication, have been very important.

We have onboarded a number of new customers during the year. And what’s best, we have not lost a single one. This is a clear sign that we are doing something right.

Recruiting was also successful, as we found excellent people for the missing positions, with no employee leaving the company. Recruiting seems to be getting more and more difficult every year. Competition for highly skilled employees is really tough. Working remotely has almost completely done away with a competitive advantage of a good office location and office facilities. At the same time, the threshold for changing jobs seems to have become lower. It will be interesting to see how this will develop in the coming years.

What will happen in 2023?

In line with our strategy, we will focus on companies that have their headquarters in Northern Europe, and specifically on the automation of their customer service and communication – in multiple languages, of course. We will also target and renew our marketing efforts in this area. We will publish the first versions of the application in the Salesforce ecosystem, and also in cloud products other than the Service Cloud. We will also take part in numerous events to engage with the industry, potential clients, and partners.

By working as a team that listens to the world around it with a keen ear, I think we can achieve even our wildest goals. Let’s see how wild things are going to get!
