The key highlights of H1/2025

Summer holidays are just around the corner, so it’s time to briefly wrap up the key highlights of H1/2025.


Our revenue grew by approximately 35% compared to H1/2024, and by 22% compared to the previous six-month period. Our customer base has increased month by month since the beginning of the year. Especially outside of Finland, multilingual capabilities have a significant impact on both business and customer experience — in fact, 62% of our revenue now comes from outside Finland, and this share is steadily growing. It’s been incredible to welcome some of the world’s most well-known airline and automotive brands as our customers. I’m extremely proud of our team!


Looking at the big picture, we’re clearly moving in the right direction. However, competition has intensified significantly. AI is being pitched to customers from every possible angle. That’s why we’ve decided to respond by shifting our focus in H2/2025: we’ll be concentrating more on improving customer service and sales through automation — not just multilingual capabilities. This direction is based on clear demand from our existing customers, so it’s a natural step forward. We can’t do this alone, and our partners will continue to play a key role. We’re also bringing on a few new partners to support this evolution.


But before an exciting autumn ahead, it’s time to recharge. I’ll be heading to Portugal with my family for the first time — many of our friends with kids have warmly recommended it. After soaking up the Portuguese sun, we’ll continue north to our cabin in Finnish Lapland to enjoy the midnight sun (see photo below). Hopefully the snow has finally melted 😊
