Fluentic CEO's Review of 2024

The year 2025 is already in full swing, but I’d like to take a moment to reflect on Fluentic’s 2024 and our key achievements.


Our comparable revenue grew by 39% compared to the previous year, culminating in a record-breaking December. However, our most significant growth came in customer numbers, which increased by an impressive 78% over the year. A highlight was our international expansion—we gained our first customers in Australia and saw the strongest growth in the U.S. market. Currently, 43% of our revenue comes from outside Finland, and I expect this upward trend to continue in 2025.


Among industries, manufacturing and consumer e-commerce continued their strong growth. A particularly promising new sector for us was the automotive industry, where we anticipate a significant increase in customers in the coming year.


Our team size remained stable throughout the year, and I want to extend my gratitude to our dedicated and highly productive employees—thank you for your hard work! In 2025, we plan to expand our team gradually.


Once again, big changes lie ahead. AI is evolving rapidly and will increasingly impact both everyday life and Fluentic’s operations. We foresee a shift in our role in product development—rather than focusing on new innovations, we will leverage more existing market solutions. Our primary focus will be on solving our customers' business challenges in customer service and experience—without language barriers.
