As of 2 February 2026, Fluentic’s services and related business operations have been transferred to LeadDesk Plc (“LeadDesk”) through a business acquisition. As part of this transition, existing customer agreements with Fluentic Oy have been assigned to LeadDesk.
All customer services will continue to be delivered under the same terms and conditions, without interruption and with no action required from customers. LeadDesk is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and to continuing the high-quality service customers are familiar with. Going forward, LeadDesk will act as the new contractual partner.
The acquisition strengthens LeadDesk’s multilingual customer support offering by adding Fluentic’s AI-powered translation and automation solutions. These capabilities enable customers to deliver consistent service across multiple languages with improved efficiency.
As part of the LeadDesk family, Fluentic customers will gain access to a broad portfolio of customer service solutions across all channels, including market-leading voice solutions and AI services. This makes it easier to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
Asko Schrey, Chairman of the Board, Fluentic Oy:
“We are proud of what Fluentic has achieved since 2007 and grateful for the trust our customers have placed in us over the years. As the market and technology landscape continues to evolve, we are pleased to have found a new home for Fluentic within LeadDesk, where the offering can continue to be developed and enhanced as part of a broader customer experience platform.”
