Fluentic Oy:n osakkeenomistajat kutsutaan yhtiökokoukseen, joka pidetään tiistaina 9.6.2026 klo 15:00 alkaen etäyhteydellä.
Kokoukseen osallistuminen edellyttää ilmoittautumista yhtiölle. Ilmoittautuminen yhtiökokoukseen alkaa 5.5.2026 klo 10.00 ja päättyy 8.6.2026 klo 10.00, johon mennessä ilmoittautumisen on oltava perillä. Yhtiökokoukseen voi ilmoittautua sähköpostitse osoitteeseen mikko.raty@leaddesk.com.
The shareholders of Fluentic Oy are invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held remotely on 9 June 2026, at 3.00 PM (EET).
Participation in the meeting requires prior registration with the company. Registration for the general meeting begins on 5 May 2026 at 10.00 and ends on 8 June 2026 at 10.00, by which time the registration must have been received. A shareholder may register for the general meeting by email to mikko.raty@leaddesk.com.

Fluentic has sold its subsidiary, Transfluent Oy, to the Latvian company Nordtext.
The sale of the subsidiary has no impact on the operations of Fluentic. Fluentic will continue to operate independently, focusing on customer service automation and eliminating language barriers in communication between people and it-systems.
